Our sale is managed online! ALL consignors and volunteers must create a NEW User Account if this is your first time logging into My Consignment Manager, or LOG-IN if you already have an account. Once logged in you can enter, edit and/or review your items, and select your volunteer shifts.
This is our first KIDSmart Consignment Sale, so everyone has an equal chance and open invitation to get a 2019 Fall consignor number! If you are a past consignor with any sale managed with the My Consignment Manager system, you can log in to your account and register for our sale with your existing consignor number. REGISTRATION IS OPEN NOW so please register today during this designated registration period.
Our sale will be limited to 200 consignors. Our consignor numbers will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you volunteer to work during the sale, you will be guaranteed a consignor number for the next sale.

Sort, clean and tag your items.
(Our Print Code for printing out tags in the My Consignment Manager System is PL26512838.)
Print and bring your completed Consignor Contract with you to check in.
Bring tagged items to Galilee Missionary Baptist Church during a scheduled “drop-off” time:
Sunday: 4pm – 7pm (VIP Concierge Consignors Only)
Monday: 9am – 12pm, or 4pm – 7pm
Tuesday: 9am – 12pm, or 4pm – 7pm
Consignors with 20+ items can also shop the pre-sale on Wednesday from 7:30 – 9 pm. Tell your friends about the public sale!
Pick-up any unsold items on Saturday (last day of sale) from 4:00-5:30pm only :: Any items not picked up by 5:30pm will be donated to local charities
Checks will be mailed to your address on file with My Consignment Manager within 5-7 business days.
